CANCELLATION POLICY

I totally understand that life happens! I just ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and enough notice gives me a chance to fill that spot. - New Clients: A 50% deposit and card on file are required to book. Less than 48 hours’ notice means your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook. - Established Clients: A card must be kept on file. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge. - No-Call/No-Show: New clients forfeit their deposit and the remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file. Established clients will be charged 100%. - Gift Certificates: No-call/no-shows will forfeit the gift certificate. - Memberships: Late cancellations are charged 50%. No-call/no-shows forfeit that month’s credit. I appreciate you respecting my time as much as I respect yours.
