Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice (“no call/no show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
If a gift certificate is used to reserve an appointment, a no call/no show will result in the gift certificate being forfeited and no longer valid.
For clients using a monthly membership credit, late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the membership service price. No call/no show appointments will result in that month’s membership credit being forfeited and ineligible to roll over.
